Return and Exchange Policy

The customer can retrieve the full amount paid, including shipping costs, if the order is canceled before the product is shipped from our stores.
If the order has already been shipped: The customer can retrieve all paid amounts if desired, provided that the products are returned to us within 14 days. If the products are received in our stores in their original condition, the customer will receive the basic value of the product without shipping costs.
The paid amount will be refunded within 14 days of the product arriving at our stores.
