Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers can receive a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs, if the order is canceled before the product has been shipped from our warehouse.

Returns After Shipping

If the order has already been shipped, customers may request a refund of the amount paid, provided that the products are returned to us within 14 days.

Once the returned products are received at our warehouse in their original condition, the customer will receive a refund of the product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that have already been shipped.

Refund Processing

The refund will be processed within 14 days of the returned product arriving at our warehouse.
