Politique d’expédition

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 days at most from the date the order is received on the website, excluding public holidays.

In some cases, an order may not be shipped within two days due to the product being unavailable in our warehouses.

If the order cannot be shipped within two days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Orders usually arrive within 6 business days, except in a few exceptional cases where delays are generally caused by the shipping company.
